Seriously, you should know where your bird came from and how it was raised. If it was fed chemical-free food, then it's organic. If it was allowed to run around outside, then it's free-range. Some people think these things make it taste better. I'm not sure about that but I'd rather have a turkey from a farm that cares about the environment — and its animals!
